The Village West Winefest is a community event designed to promote the wine industry and raise money for local charities. This year’s beneficiary is KC Cause.

Held on the grounds of the Schlitterbahn Vacation Village, this year’s festival will showcase over 200 wines and 100 beers from around the world.

Test your wine tasting skills at the Bottle12 Wine Challenge. Justin and his staff will guide you through a tasting 12 of the world’s most popular grape varietals. Did we mention that this tasting is blind. You’ll get the opportunity to identify each wine, if you get them all right you will receive an honorary wine expert award and be registered to win fabulous prizes.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy sampling some of the world’s best beers in the Rogers Liquor Beer Garden. Lance, Jennifer, and Jason will showcase over 100 beers.

For those with a taste for the finer things in life, this year’s festival includes a VIP Pavilion. This exclusive venue features wines whose price tag and small distribution don’t lend themselves to our general tasting. The VIP Pavilion is an intimate gathering place that includes special food offerings and entertainment from 4pm to 6pm. VIP members will also have access to all WineFest activities from 4pm to 10pm.
